Shipping & Returns
We offer free delivery Australia wide.
After you purchase a board we will email you the tracking information. Someone will be required to sign for the package when it arrives at the designated address. However, you can note if you'd like us to request your package to be left somewhere (e.g. your front/back door). Our boards are sent from Newcastle Australia within 1 business day of the purchase. It will then take 1-6 business days to arrive to you depending on where you are located in Australia.
We also deliver our boards internationally. If you are an international customer, you will need to go through the checkout process to get a shipping quote.
Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from when your item is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Paying with AfterPay or ZipPay can incur up to a 6% refund fee.
Exchanges - We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also replace items if you decide you want another item. However, it will incur an A$20.00 P&H fee plus the price difference.
Return Shipping - To return your product, send us an email and we will give you our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
